AIHS ensures an effective academic-cum-professional interaction between the institution and industry, which emphasize on practical orientation. One of the key areas is exposure to the real life problems that is faced by the companies and the students attempt to solve these problems as an integral part of their development as budding manager

Apart from arranging seminars, workshops and symposia to have interface as an ongoing effort, APIC institute also undertakes consulting projects from industry. In addition to this, visiting faculties from renowned business concerns are also invited to share their experience and knowledge with students. Significant professional links have been developed by the institute with premier industrial concerns. Industry Interaction adds value to our efforts in incorporating professional attitude and values
Summer Training
Special care is taken to plan and monitor each summer training, so as to drive the best benefit for the student trainee as well as for the host organisation, through a properly designed set of pre training and post training activities .Practical Field Training (PFT) is an essential feature of the course that helps student to build confidences. Students also get attractive stipends and incentives on their performances. Such real life industry project assumes tremendous significance in building an effective future manager.
Industry Visits
The Institute organises industrial visit for students to familiarize and keep them in constant touch with the actual practices followed in business organizations The students are required to submit a detailed report of their visits.

The APIC Institute has been inviting and interacting with distinguished personalities and seniormanagers from reputed national and multinational organisation through lectures , seminars, case competitions and workshops
The industry Interaction Committee is engaged in initiating ane, maintaining working relationships with the industry. Through such activities students are kept in touch with the latest trends in the industry. This committee also provides students the opportunity to interact with leading figures of the corporate sector and get invaluable insights into the practical aspects of management. The committee is also involved in arranging guest faculty, soliciting executives' help in designing courses etc. This gives the students adequate exposure to the developments in the industry, thereby adding value to the curriculum.
Different activities such as seminars, lectures, case competitions, workshops, experience sharing, surveys, field projects, industry visits etc are organized by the committee.
